1إذا ربطت صفحة فيسبوك أو رقم واتساب

الطريقة أ: من لوحة شهاب

1. سجّل الدخول إلى لوحة شهاب وافتح «الإعدادات ← القنوات».
2. في بطاقة الصفحة أو الرقم اضغط «فصل الصفحة» أو «إزالة الرقم» ثم أكّد.
3. نلغي اشتراك تطبيقنا في الصفحة أو في حساب واتساب لدى Meta ونحذف رمز الوصول فورًا، ويتوقف شهاب عن الرد هناك.

تبقى المحادثات التي وصلت سابقًا ظاهرة للمطعم مدة أقصاها 90 يومًا ثم تُحذف (راجع سياسة الخصوصية). لحذفها قبل ذلك راسلنا (الطريقة ج).

الطريقة ب: من فيسبوك

1. في فيسبوك افتح «الإعدادات والخصوصية» ثم «الإعدادات» ثم «التطبيقات ومواقع الويب»، وإن كان الربط بحساب أعمال فراجع أيضًا «عمليات تكامل الأعمال».
2. اختر «Shihab AI» ثم «إزالة».
3. عندما يعرض عليك فيسبوك ذلك، اختر إرسال طلب لحذف بياناتك («إرسال طلب»).
4. ترسل Meta طلبك إلينا، فنحذف فورًا رموز الوصول ومعرّفك على فيسبوك لكل صفحة أو رقم ربطته، ونعلّم هذه الاتصالات كمفصولة، ويعرض لك فيسبوك رمز تأكيد (البند 3).

في واتساب يمكنك أيضًا إزالة وصول Shihab AI من إعدادات Meta Business Suite، ضمن «عمليات التكامل» ثم «التطبيقات المتصلة».

الطريقة ج: بالبريد

راسلنا على privacy@shihab.co.uk من البريد الإلكتروني لمالك حساب المطعم، واذكر ما تريد حذفه: صفحة أو رقمًا بعينه مع محادثاته، أو حساب المطعم كاملًا (المنيو والمحادثات والزبائن والطلبات). نتحقق من هويتك ونحذف خلال 30 يومًا ونؤكد لك بالبريد. وإذا أردت نسخة من بياناتك قبل الحذف فاذكر ذلك في الرسالة نفسها.

2إذا راسلت مطعمًا أو طلبت منه

1. راسلنا على privacy@shihab.co.uk بعنوان «احذف بياناتي».
2. اذكر اسم المطعم والقناة (ماسنجر أو إنستغرام أو واتساب أو دردشة الموقع أو صفحة الطلب) والاسم أو رقم الهاتف الذي استخدمته. وفي دردشة الموقع يساعدنا التاريخ التقريبي أيضًا.
3. قد نطلب منك تأكيد أن الحساب لك، مثلًا بإرسال رمز قصير من حساب ماسنجر أو إنستغرام أو واتساب نفسه.
4. نحذف رسائلك وصورك ورسائلك الصوتية وملفاتك، واسمك وصورتك ورقم هاتفك وعناوينك، ونزيل بياناتك من أي نسخ تُستخدم لتقييم نماذجنا أو تدريبها، ونبلغ المطعم.
5. نؤكد لك بالبريد خلال 30 يومًا كحد أقصى.

إذا كان القانون يلزم المطعم بالاحتفاظ بسجل طلب (لأغراض المحاسبة مثلًا)، نحتفظ فقط بما يلزم لذلك ونحذف الباقي.

يمكنك أيضًا أن تطلب فقط إيقاف استخدام بياناتك في تحسين نماذجنا أو تدريبها، دون حذفها.

حذف المحادثة في ماسنجر أو إنستغرام أو واتساب يزيلها من تطبيقك فقط، ولا يحذف نسختنا.

3رمز التأكيد وحالة طلبات فيسبوك

عندما تحوّل Meta طلب حذف إلينا يعرض لك فيسبوك رمز تأكيد. يمكنك متابعة حالة طلبك في أي وقت على العنوان:

ضع رمز التأكيد مكان <CODE>. تظهر الحالة (completed أي مكتمل) ووقت تنفيذ الحذف، فالحذف لدينا فوري.

1If you connected a Facebook Page or WhatsApp number

Option A: in the Shihab console

1. Sign in to the Shihab console and open Settings → Channels.
2. On the Page or number card, press Disconnect or Remove number and confirm.
3. We unsubscribe our app from the Page or WhatsApp account at Meta and delete its access token immediately. Shihab stops replying there.

Conversations already received stay visible to the restaurant for up to 90 days, then are deleted (see the privacy policy). To delete them sooner, email us (option C).

Option B: in Facebook

1. On Facebook, open Settings and privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. If you connected with a business login, also check Business integrations.
2. Find Shihab AI and choose Remove.
3. When Facebook offers it, choose to send a request to delete your data (Send request).
4. Meta passes your request to us. We immediately delete the access tokens and your Facebook user ID for every Page or number you connected, and mark those connections as disconnected. Facebook shows you a confirmation code (section 3).

For WhatsApp you can also remove Shihab AI's access in Meta Business Suite settings, under Integrations → Connected apps.

Option C: by email

Email privacy@shihab.co.uk from the email address of the restaurant account's owner and tell us what to delete: one Page or number and its conversations, or the whole restaurant account (menu, conversations, customers and orders). We check it is you, delete within 30 days and confirm by email. If you want a copy of your data first, say so in the same email.

2If you messaged or ordered from a restaurant

1. Email privacy@shihab.co.uk with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Tell us the restaurant's name, the channel (Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, web chat or ordering page) and the name or phone number you used. For web chat, the approximate date also helps.
3. We may ask you to confirm the account is yours, for example by sending a short code from the same Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp account.
4. We delete your messages, photos, voice notes and files, your name, picture, phone number and addresses, remove your data from any copies used to evaluate or train our models, and tell the restaurant.
5. We confirm by email within 30 days at the latest.

If the law requires the restaurant to keep a record of an order (for example for accounting), we keep only what that requires and delete the rest.

You can also ask us only to stop using your data to improve or train our models, without deleting it.

Deleting a chat in Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp only removes it from your own app; it does not delete our copy.

3Facebook requests: confirmation code and status

When Meta passes a deletion request to us, Facebook shows you a confirmation code. You can check the status of your request at any time at:

Replace <CODE> with your confirmation code. The answer shows the status (completed) and the time the deletion was done, because our deletion is immediate.
